Her background spans field nursing, Quality, Education, Director of Clinical Services, Administrator, and agency ownership, giving her a comprehensive understanding of agency needs and regulatory expectations.

She is certified in OASIS, home health coding, and hospice coding, and serves on national committees with AHCC and DecisionHealth, where she contributes to coding standards, education, and compliance guidance. Kelly is also a co‑author of the 2026 Home Health Guide to Crafting a Compliant Plan of Care, a DecisionHealth publication used nationwide to support accurate, regulation‑aligned documentation.
